Application:
The WP74JA pressure controller combines two pressure elements with high sensitivity, which are facing each other. This product is often used in refrigeration system to balance the pressure difference between the water collector and the water separator. After the controller's SPDT floating point action turns on the contact, the bypass valve is opened and closed to achieve a balance of supply and return water pressure difference. When the system differential pressure increases beyond the controller setting, the valve opens up. More water turns through the bypass valve, which reduces the system's supply and return water pressure differential. The TP74JA is also suitable for other gas or liquid differential applications.
Installation:
Mount the controller anywhere on a flat surface or control panel. Use the holes on the back of the box to tighten with two screws or bolts. The controller should be installed such that the bellows joint is above the level of the equipment used, which reduces the likelihood of external defects accumulating in the bellows. Let the capillaries relax to avoid "string" vibrations when too tight, resulting in capillary breakage. The lower part is marked with "H.P." and is connected to the high water pressure line by a copper tube, and the upper part is connected to the low water pressure line by a copper tube. The copper pipe joints shall form the corresponding bell mouth.
Debugging:
Insert the screwdriver into the gap of the turntable below the low water pressure inlet, and turn the turntable until the dial pointer is aligned to the desired position. Rotate the turntable to the left to increase the set value or rotate to the right to reduce the difference. Set value.
Wiring diagram:
(1) If the electric valve actuator is an electric ball valve driver, the red line (or the valve closing line) of the driver is connected to the yellow terminal, and the brown wire (or the valve opening line) of the driver is connected to the blue line.
(2) If the electric valve actuator is an electric butterfly valve driver, the red line (or the valve closing line) of the driver is connected to the yellow terminal, and the brown line (or the valve opening line) of the driver is connected to the blue line.
(3) If the electric valve actuator is a large-diameter electric butterfly valve, the valve closing terminal 4 of the driver is connected to the yellow end of the differential pressure controller, and the valve opening terminal 3 of the driver is connected to the blue end.
